How long does shipping take for new bicycles?
All bikes undergo a professional PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) by our mechanics before shipping. This process typically takes 3-5 business days, followed by 24-48 hour courier delivery.
Do you offer cycle-to-work schemes?
Yes, we support most major cycle-to-work providers including Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative, and Vivup, allowing you to save up to 42% on a new bike and accessories.
What is your return policy on cycling apparel and parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, undergarments and bib shorts must have all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Are the bikes delivered fully assembled?
Bikes are 95% assembled. For shipping safety, you will usually need to straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals, and occasionally fit the front wheel. Basic tools and instructions are included.
Can I finance my purchase?
Absolutely. We offer various interest-free and classic credit finance options through our partners for orders over £280, subject to status and a credit check.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
Every bike sold by Sprockets Cycles comes with a full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer a free first service within the first six weeks of purchase if you can bring the bike to our workshop.
